Click on People from the main Dashboard menu
Click on the person to promote or demote
Go to the Positions/Skills tab
Click on the pencil at the Position
Click on Promote/Demote in the Edit Position box
Select the tab for the position in the Change Role box
Click the Position dropdown and select the position
Save
