Instructions on How to Promote and Demote People

  1. Click on People from the main Dashboard menu

  2. Click on the person to promote or demote

  3. Go to the Positions/Skills tab

  4. Click on the pencil at the Position

  5. Click on Promote/Demote in the Edit Position box

  6. Select the tab for the position in the Change Role box

  7. Click the Position dropdown and select the position

  8. Save

How to Promote People to the Admin Level

Follow steps 1–6 above to promote employees or supervisors to the admin level. However, when you click the Administrator tab, you’ll see a “click here” link that takes you to a different screen to complete the process. Just follow the instructions on the subsequent screens. The person's email address is required.
