A few major points about messaging
Your people have access to communicate with others based on the Teams they are on.
Teams consist of a Team Manager, optional Team Observers, and Team Members.
Employees send messages to their Team Management, not Team Members.
Team members can view messages.
Messages are sent and received in the person's language setup.
Admins see all messages for all Teams.

How to Send Company-Wide Announcements
Admins have access to company announcements from the website and the mobile app. These are one-way messages only. Supervisors and employees can't respond.

Send Private Messages to Your People
Employees can't send messages to other employees. We thought you'd want to know that right away. However, employees can message their team's admins and supervisors who are on the management team.
Admins and supervisors can send private messages to selected employees, and employees can reply.
Post Messages to Team Boards
Put a person on a Team, and they automatically get access to that Team board.
Every Team has its own communication board, similar to a group text message, allowing members to post and reply to messages. Perhaps you have a floor team that works at every job location, and you want to post a general message for them. Rather than posting it on every job board, post the message on the Team board. Your Team members can post messages here.
You might consider making day-shift teams and night-shift teams just for the communication separation.
Post Messages to Job Boards
Job boards are also similar to a group text.
Remember, Jobs can have different teams that work them - again, the day shift team and night shift team. But everyone might need to know when an alarm code changes - use the job board.
Get Notifications for Critical Events
Pro can send push notifications and SMS text messages for critical events like no-shows and when an employee leaves the job site while on the clock. Read about setting up notification defaults and changing notification settings on the app.
