Your field supervisors manage many employees and jobs while driving all over town. They can't have eyes everywhere at every moment, but the Chronotek Pro app does.

Was an employee late to a schedule?

Did an employee leave the job site while clocked in?

Did Chronotek detect a possible buddy punch?

Chronotek can send these events and more to your field supervisors via push notifications to keep them in the game (admins can also see these events in their activity feed on the admin site). Here's a partial list of the available notifications.

How Admins Set Minimum Thresholds for Managers and Observers

For more explanation….

Two-Tiered Company Settings– Minimum Level | Default Level

At the company level, defaults are set for new Team Managers and new Team Observers for two tiers:

1) Minimum Level – personal settings cannot go lower than the minimum level

2) Default Level - is set for new people (managers and observers)

Note: Managers are actively managing a team, and Observers can be set to view the activity at their leisure. People can change each setting in their personal profiles.

Notification Levels

Set notification delivery at four levels, varying by event: disabled, off, low, and medium.

  • Disabled -never shown as an option to anyone

  • Off - not required by the admin, but can be set in their personal profiles.

  • Low - notifications appear only in the activity log.

  • Medium - notifications go to the activity log and the app as a push notification.

Personal settings

Managers/observers can select the high setting, which includes the activity log, push notifications, and text messages (admins can't choose this option as a default company setting). SMS will have an extra charge.
