This is the 'no-excuses' clock-in method - everyone knows how to make a phone call. You can still give people the app so they can join in on communication, and see their timecards and schedules.

Calling our clock-in phone number is a great option for some employees. On the call employees are prompted for their access code (10-digit cell number) to identify who they are, and then for the 4-digit Shift Pin to identify the job they are working.

Note: No GPS tracks are available with phone calls.

Account Setup for Telephony

If you need this feature please contact support- they can enable telephony for your account.

Telephony Shift Call-In Pins

Once the telephony feature is turned on you can add telephony Shift Pins to jobs in order to clock into a shift.

Go to the Job Profile > Schedules tab > next to the Shift name [click hamburger menu] > select Edit Telephony Pin. Assign the Shift a 4-digit Telephony Pin.

**Telephony Pins must be unique across all Shifts for the Company/Region.**

You can see the telephony Shift Pin next to the Shift Name on the schedules screen throughout the system.
