Managers and Observers see the team differently on the mobile app

Teams are for field management who use the app. A Team's management level has Managers and Observers. Assign people as Managers, and on the Home screen of their mobile app, they can see the schedules, timecards, and clock-ins of people on jobs of that team.

When people are Observers, they do not see these events on the Home Screen. However, both managers and Observers see the Activity Feed (under the notification Bell) based on their Notification settings for each event/issue type.

A Word about Administrators on the Mobile App

Admins see everything on the website, but their views on the mobile app can be limited depending on their Team designation. An admin can be either a Manager or Observer of a Team. So, if you are an admin and wondering why you don't see everything on the app, you need to check your Team profiles.
