How to Manage Your Subscription and Billing Information
As the owner of your account, you have the power to directly manage your subscription settings, update payment methods, and review your billing history—all through a seamless connection to the Stripe Customer Portal. Here's a simple guide to accessing and navigating this feature from our site.
Accessing the Customer Portal:
Verify Your Role: To make any changes to your subscription settings, you must be the account owner. This ensures that sensitive billing information and subscription changes are only made by authorized users.
Navigate to Settings: Log on to https://church.tech, locate the left navigation bar. Click on Settings to proceed.
Subscription Settings: Within the Settings menu, you'll find the Subscription option along the top navigation bar. This section is your gateway to managing your subscription details.
Edit or Update Subscription: Within the Subscription settings, you'll see an option labeled 'Update Billing Details ->'. Clicking on this will redirect you to the secure Stripe-hosted Customer Portal.
Within the Stripe Customer Portal:
Once you've clicked on 'Update Billing Details', you'll be taken to a secure, Stripe-hosted page where you can:
Upgrade, Downgrade, or Cancel Your Subscription: Adapt your subscription to fit your needs with easy-to-use options for changing your plan.
Update Payment Methods: Ensure your billing runs smoothly by adding new payment methods or updating existing ones.
View Billing History: Gain insights into your payment history, view past invoices, and keep track of your subscription expenses.
The Stripe Customer Portal offers a user-friendly interface, designed to put you in control of your subscription and billing with ease and security.
How do I find my past invoices?
Once inside the Stripe Customer Portal. You'll want to scroll down in order to find your invoice history. You can click on each month to download either the invoice or the receipt.
Once you click on the desired month you'll be taken to another screen to choose what you'd like to download. You can click Download Invoice or Download Receipt.
