Each item is removed from a different tab in your Studio Control Panel.
Delete a scheduled class
Open the Schedule page in
studios.ciclozone.com.Click the class in the scheduler.
Click Remove from Calendar.
Confirm with Delete.
This removes the class from that time slot only. The class itself remains in your Studio Library for future use.
Delete a playlist (day or week)
On the Schedule page, click Manage Playlists.
Find the playlist you want to remove in the list.
Click Delete next to it.
You can also use Manage Playlists to switch between day and week playlists and check which one is currently active.
Remove an instructor from your team
Open the Team tab in
studios.ciclozone.com.Find the instructor in the list.
Click Delete — this revokes their access immediately.
The instructor's CicloZone app account is not affected — only their access to your studio.
Delete a class you built in Class Builder
Open the Class Builder tab.
Find the class in the list.
Click the three dots next to the class → Delete.
If the class is already scheduled, remove the schedule slot first (see "Delete a scheduled class" above).
