The Rider Dials are the in-class screen on your phone or tablet during a Studio Ride. They show your effort versus the class target in real time.

What you'll see

  • Power zone (left dial) — your current power zone vs the target zone.

  • Heart rate zone (right dial) — current HR zone (if a HR monitor is connected).

  • RPM (centre dial) — target RPM and your current RPM.

  • Class profile bar (bottom) — shape of the class, where you are, the current interval and the next interval.

  • COL graph — your live execution quality vs the class baseline.

Swipe gestures

  • Swipe left to see the on-device leaderboard.

  • Swipe left again to return to the Rider Dials.

Menu options

Tap the menu icon (top right) to toggle:

  • Show notifications.

  • Bluetooth connections — reconnect your bike or HR monitor without leaving the class.

  • Leaderboard participation.

  • Headphone / device audio.

  • ERG mode.

  • Adaptive FTP.

When sensors drop

  • HR signal missing → the dial duplicates your power metrics.

  • Bike signal missing → the dial duplicates your heart-rate metrics.

If a sensor drops mid-class, open the menu (top right) → Bluetooth connections to reconnect without leaving the class.

To leave a class

Tap EndStop Riding. Your analytics page opens with your ride summary.
