Your ride is not lost. The data captured before the crash uploads as an incomplete ride the next time you open the app.
What happens next
Reopen the CicloZone app.
The unfinished ride uploads automatically and appears in your analytics as (incomplete).
If you re-join the same class, the second portion uploads as a separate ride, also labelled (incomplete).
You'll see two entries in your ride history covering the same class.
What you can do
Continue the class — re-enter the studio code and rejoin.
Stop and review later — your data is safe in the app.
How to avoid future crashes
Keep your phone OS up to date (iOS 15.6+ / Android 7.0+).
Make sure CicloZone is on the latest version from the App Store / Google Play.
Close other heavy apps before joining a class.
Connect to a stable Wi-Fi rather than cellular if possible.
If the app keeps crashing
Email support@ciclozone.com with:
Your account email.
Phone model and OS version.
Approximate time of the crash.
Studio name and class.
