I'm not appearing on the leaderboard — what should I check?

Check leaderboard opt-in and bike signal when you're not showing up during class.

The leaderboard is optional. If you're not showing up, work through these checks.

1. Leaderboard participation

You have to opt in to appear:

  • Check the leaderboard toggle when joining the class — make sure it's ON.

  • Mid-class: open the menu in the top-right of the Rider Dials and confirm Show on leaderboard is ON.

2. Bike signal

If your bike isn't sending data, you can't be ranked.

  • Look at your Rider Dials — is your power value updating?

  • If not, open the menu → Bluetooth connections → reconnect the bike.

3. The ranking metric

The instructor can change the leaderboard metric (COL% / Calories / W/kg). If they just switched, give it a moment for fresh values to populate.

4. Bike rotation

If you changed bikes mid-session and didn't reconnect to the new one, the leaderboard still attributes data to the original bike — reconnect if needed.

A reminder on history

Leaderboard data is live only and is not stored after the class. That's by design — see "What is the leaderboard, and what happens to it after class?"
