Follow along with the video above to learn how to export Champions data into a CSV file.

In the event that an organization must relocate or download all or some its champions' data, an administrator can export it into a CSV file.

Note: The data that will be available for export will be dependent on:

  • The specific date range selected in the upper righthand corner.

  • Whether Include Inactive are checked or unchecked.

  • Any filters you have applied through the Add Filter button.

Depending on the amount of champions' records needed, there are two pathways to begin:

  1. If you would like to export all of the records in the timeframe selected: Check off the empty checkbox in the leftmost column of the categories above the champions' data (i.e., the box to the left of "First Name"). This will check off every record within the timeframe.

  2. If you would only like to export select records: Individually check off the empty checkboxes of the leftmost columns of each champion whose record you want to export. Only these champions will have their data exported.

Once you have made your selection, click the blue Export button above the data. The CSV file will then automatically download onto the user's device.
