Every group created for your organization has a unique application link, which can be found on the group's page below its description.

Activating and De-Activating Group Application Links

Admin have the ability to make the application link available or unavailable to receive applications at any time. To do this, go to the Onboarding sub-tab on the intended group's page.

Here, you will see a toggle next to Application Link. In the screenshot below, it is toggled on, which means that the application link is currently active and accepting new applications.

If you click on the toggle, it will switch to off, meaning that the application link is not active and not accepting new applications. The platform will display an automatic message on that page, saying: "We are currently not accepting applications for [Group Name] please check back later."

Sharing Group Application Links

If you want to turn applications on and would like to share the link, you can do so by clicking the copy icon to the right of the link address on the top of the page. The link will automatically copy to your clipboard.

When a person clicks on that link, they will be taken to the following page, prompting them to either log into an existing Civic Champs account or register a new one.

If a user already has a Civic Champs account, they will automatically be taken through your group's onboarding requirements (i.e., any waivers or questionnaires attached to the group).

If a user does not have a Civic Champs account, they will be taken to this page to fill out their first and last name, to verify that they are over 13, and to create a password. Afterward, they will be taken through your group's onboarding requirements (i.e., any waivers or questionnaires attached to the group).

Once a user has finished going through the requirements, they will see this screen:
