Viewing Inactive Campaigns

Follow along with the video to learn how to view inactive campaigns.

The Campaigns dashboard can be adjusted to Include Inactive Campaigns, meaning it can show campaigns that are inactive either because the campaign's end date has passed or the campaign has not actually started yet.

To start, you will need to be in the Campaigns Sub-Tab under the larger Donations Tab.

Once you are in the Campaigns Sub-Tab, the "Include Inactive" button is located at the top right of the screen, next to the search box.

After you click the box to check it, you should see the appropriate changes to your dashboard allowing you to see inactive campaigns. You can tell whether a campaign is active or not by looking at the "Status" in the campaign's record.

To hide inactive campaigns, just click the "Include Inactive" button again and your view should return to normal.
