Platform Change Policy

To ensure a smooth trading experience, clients must select their preferred trading platform during checkout. Please review the policy below regarding platform changes:

Selecting Your Platform

  • Clients are responsible for choosing the correct trading platform (e.g., TradeLocker, MetaTrader 5 & CTrader etc.) at the time of purchase.

Requesting a Platform Change

  • If you selected the wrong platform by mistake, you may request a change only if the account has not been traded (i.e., no positions opened or closed).

  • Platform change requests are not permitted once trading activity has occurred.
