Selecting Your Platform
Clients are responsible for choosing the correct trading platform (e.g., TradeLocker, MetaTrader 5 & CTrader etc.) at the time of purchase.
Requesting a Platform Change
If you selected the wrong platform by mistake, you may request a change only if the account has not been traded (i.e., no positions opened or closed).
Platform change requests are not permitted once trading activity has occurred.
How to Request a Change
