A green tick next to your name in your teacher profile means you are approved to teach and have completed your minimum mandatory training. To obtain the green tick you must complete:

Prior to Commencement:

  • Child Protection Awareness Training – code: NR28972

  • NEW Code of Ethics and Conduct – code: MT00002

  • NEW Emergency Care – code: MT00009

  • Work Health & Safety induction for employees – code: NR33383

Within a 12-Month Period:

(To Maintain Green Tick Status)

  • Cyber Security and Data Breaches - School-based and ESS – code: MT00008

  • Public Interest Disclosure -Serious wrongdoing – code: MT00010

  • Aboriginal Cultural Education – code: AC00560

  • Anti-Racism Policy – code: NR30069

Note: after completing the above training, you will be eligible for Annual Competency Check (ACC). The ACC should be completed annually.
