Pre-Confirmed Bookings allow schools to lock in casuals for specific dates without needing them to accept the booking through ClassCover. This is especially useful when you’ve already confirmed availability with a casual across multiple non-consecutive days and want to schedule them all at once.

When to Use Pre-Confirmed Bookings
Pre-Confirmed Bookings are designed for situations where you've already spoken to a casual and confirmed their availability for specific dates. This method ensures the booking is immediately added to the casual's calendar without requiring further action from them.
Important: Only use Pre-Confirmed Bookings after a verbal agreement with the casual. Using this feature without prior confirmation can lead to confusion, and casuals have the option to disable this feature for schools that misuse it.
How to Book Multiple Non-Consecutive Days
Follow these steps to schedule a casual for multiple non-consecutive days via desktop:
Access Pre-Confirmed Booking: Navigate to the Bookings tab and select Pre-Confirmed Booking.
Search for the Casual: Find the casual you wish to book and click on any date from the days you plan to schedule.
Select Multiple Dates:
Send the Booking: Complete the remaining booking details and click Send Booking.
Note: If a casual has disabled Pre-Confirmed Bookings for your school, you'll receive a notification, and the booking will revert to a standard request that requires their acceptance.
Additional Tips
Repeating Bookings: If you need to schedule a casual for regular intervals (e.g., every Monday), consider using the Repeating Booking feature. This tool allows you to set up recurring bookings efficiently.
