Firstly, if you have the new teacher's mobile number or email address, it is easier (and free) to add them via the 'Add Relief Teachers' section. You can access that page by clicking here.

If you need to find the teacher via 'Find Teachers' but cannot. Ensure that the search parameters are all set correctly. For example, the default 'Distance from School' search is set to 20kms. If the teacher lives further away than this they will not be found and you will need to adjust the distance field.
