If a school has disappeared from your ‘My Schools’ list, it may be because the school has removed you from their list. Schools can do this at any time, and there can be a variety of reasons for it.
Why Did This Happen?
Schools’ Discretion: ClassCover enables schools to find and book educators, but it does not control who they have on their list. Schools review and update their lists based on their specific needs, preferences, and booking frequency.
Cleaning the List: Schools periodically review and update their lists, often "cleaning" them to remove teachers who may not be actively needed, have an inactive profile or who haven’t been recently booked. This is a common practice and may not necessarily be due to anything on your part.
What to Do if You Believe You Were Removed in Error
If you think you’ve been removed by mistake and would like to be added back to the school’s list:
Contact the School: Reach out directly to the school and enquire about being re-added to their list.
Ask for a Re-invite: Politely ask the school if they could re-invite you to join their list.
