How to Deregister from a School in Your Profile

Removing or deregistering from a school allows you to manage your school connections and ensure you are not contacted for bookings at schools you no longer wish to work with. This helps you maintain control over your availability and preferred schools.

If you no longer wish to be associated with a school on ClassCover, you can easily deregister from that school. Here’s how:

Steps to Deregister from a School

On the ClassCover Web Platform:

  1. Log into ClassCover

  2. Navigate to the 'Schools' option at the top of your screen, then select 'My Schools'. Here, you’ll see a list of all the schools you’re currently registered with.

  3. Find the School you wish to Deregister from.

  4. Click Deregister next to the School's name. This will remove you from the school's list of casuals.

Please note: the school will not be notified when you deregister. It simply removes the school from your profile and your name from their list of casuals, and you will no longer be considered for bookings there.

On the ClassCover Mobile App:

  1. Open the ClassCover App on your device.

  2. Go to the ‘Schools’ tab at the bottom of your screen.

  3. Tap 'My Schools' and scroll through your list of schools until you find the school you wish to remove.

  4. Tap 'Deregister' next to the school you wish to remove from your list.

Similar to the web version, the school will not be notified about your deregistration.

Important Notes:

  • No Future Bookings: After deregistering from a school, you will no longer be eligible for future bookings with that school.

  • Update Your Availability: Make sure to update your availability to avoid receiving booking requests from schools you're no longer connected to.
