Hub and Spoke or Inbuilt - How to book a Relief Teacher using the website and app

Here are the steps on how to book a teacher using the website:

Log in to your school's ClassCover profile, click on the Bookings Tab then select the Pre-confirmed Booking option.

Find the teacher you prefer to book in the list then select the date need the teacher to be booked.

A box will pop out for you to enter the details of the class the Relief Teacher needs to cover. Schools are requested to use the 'Reason for absence (internal)' function in the ClassCover booking request form.

Examples:

  • Sick leave

  • Professional learning

  • Relief from Face-to-Face teaching (RFF)

You may also add a message for the teacher or upload files. Once all of the information has been entered, you may click on Send Booking to process the request.

That's it! A confirmation message should appear at the bottom of the page.

Log in to your school's ClassCover profile, tap on the Bookings Tab then select the Pre-confirmed Booking option.

Find the teacher you prefer to book in the list then tap on the date need the teacher to be booked.

The Hub Admin gets notified and will then approve the booking request. Once approved, the request will be sent to the Relief Teachers you were trying to book.

You will get a notification once a booking has been completed via a Push Notification from the App, and SMS if you do not have the App. An email booking confirmation will also be sent.
