Your profile panel is your personal dashboard in CleanCloud. It shows your own activity for the day, your time clock and your earnings. The figures are yours, not the store’s.
How to open and close the panel
Select your initials in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
To close the panel, select the X in the top-left corner.
Today’s performance
This section summarizes the work you’ve done today. It resets every day, so it works as a running tally during your shift.
Orders: the number of orders you’ve handled.
Detailed: the number of pieces you’ve detailed.
Cleaned: the number of pieces you’ve cleaned.
Earnings and payroll
Today’s Tips: your expected share of today’s tip pool.
This Week: your pay for the current pay period. It shows Hours Logged and Est. Gross Pay. The Ends label shows when the pay period closes.
Time clock
How to clock in and out
Open your profile panel.
Select Clock In to start your shift.
When you finish, return to the panel and select Clock Out.
Today’s Punches lists your clock-in and clock-out times for the day. If you haven’t clocked in yet, it shows that no clock-ins are recorded.
How to request a time adjustment
Use this if you forgot to clock in or out, or your hours need correcting.
Open your profile panel.
Select Request Adjustment.
Choose the Date of the shift.
Enter your Clock in and Clock out times.
Add a Reason for the request.
Select Submit.
Language
Everyone on your team can use CleanCloud in the language they prefer. For example, you can use English while a team member uses Spanish. Changing your language only changes what you see. It doesn’t affect other users or other stores.
How to change your language
Open your profile panel.
Select the language menu in the bottom-left corner.
Choose your language.
The default language for your account is set by the main admin, the master user with all permissions. Each user can then switch to their own. It’s useful for teams who work in more than one language.
Switch store
Along the bottom of the panel you’ll find the language menu, Switch Store and Lock Screen.
Switch Store lets you move to another store location. It only shows if your account is set up for more than one store.
Lock screen
Lock Screen is in the bottom-right corner. It secures the app without signing you out, which is useful when you step away from a shared device.
