How to use Metrics to track your store

See production, revenue, customers, unpaid balances, promotions and shifts, compare periods and export your data.

Written by Rafael

Go to More > Metrics to track what’s happening in your store, from production and revenue to customer behavior and outstanding payments.

Metrics has seven sections: Production, Financial, Customers, Unpaid, Promotions, Shift Report and Export.

Choose a date range and filters

Select the date field at the top of the page to open the date range picker.

  • Start and End: set exact dates.

  • Start Time and End Time: narrow the range to certain hours.

  • Presets: apply a common range, like Today, This Week, Last 7 Days, This Month, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, This Year, Last Year or Lifetime.

  • Compare: turn on to compare your range with another period. Choose Previous Period (the same length of time right before), Previous Period (Match Day of Week), Same Period Last Year, or a Custom range with its own Compare Start and Compare End.

  • Filter (filter icon): narrow results by Order Type, Route, Business Account or Customer Group.

Select Apply. The header shows your date range and, if Compare is on, the comparison period below it.

Download a table as a CSV

Most tables have a download icon in the top-right corner. Select it to export that table as a CSV file, using the date range and filters you’ve applied. For a quick download, you don’t need to set up a full report in the Export tab.

Production

Production tracks garments and orders.

Top cards

  • Orders Cleaned: orders marked Cleaned in the period.

  • Pieces Cleaned: the total number of items cleaned.

  • Weight Processed: the total weight processed, useful for Wash & Fold. It counts for whoever marks the order Cleaned, not whoever marks it Paid. If you track this closely, make sure staff mark orders as Cleaned as they go.

Below the cards

  • Overdue Orders: orders past their ready date that aren’t completed.

  • Order Issues: reported problems with orders, like missing or damaged items.

  • Deleted Orders: orders removed in the period.

  • Team Activity: what each staff member has processed.

  • Driver Statistics: driver activity.

Financial

Financial tracks revenue, sales, tips and more.

Top cards

  • Total Revenue: income collected in the period.

  • Total Sales: the value of all orders created, including unpaid ones.

  • Orders Created: the number of new orders.

  • Total Tips: tips collected across all payment methods.

Below the cards

  • Revenue Breakdown: collected income by payment method, like card, cash or check.

  • Top Selling Sections: which sections, like Wash & Fold or Dry Cleaning, sell the most.

  • Cash Ups: a summary of completed cash register sessions.

  • Refunded Orders: orders refunded in the period.

  • Discounts Given: the total value of discounts applied.

  • Pay-outs and Pay-ins: cash taken out of or added to the register outside of normal sales.

  • Tips: a breakdown by staff member or order.

Customers

Customers tracks customer activity, including average spending and new sign-ups.

Top cards

  • Active Customers: customers who placed at least one order in the period.

  • Average Order Value: total sales divided by the number of orders.

  • Average Sales Value: total sales divided by the number of unique customers.

  • Average Order Frequency: orders per unique customer.

Below the cards

  • Top Customers: your highest-spending customers.

  • New Customers: customers who signed up in the period.

  • Products Sold to Top Customers: what your best customers buy most.

  • At-Risk Customers: customers whose last order was 31 to 90 days ago. The date range doesn’t change this.

  • New Customers Without Orders: customers who signed up in the period but haven’t placed an order.

Unpaid

Unpaid tracks pending payments by customer or business account, in 30-day periods. You can also filter by order status, like pickup, detailing, cleaning or ready.

Total Outstanding can be filtered by Customers or Business Accounts, and is split into:

  • Current

  • 1 to 30 days

  • 31 to 60 days

  • 61 to 90 days

  • Over 90 days

Promotions

Promotions tracks how your promotions and reviews are doing:

  • Promo Codes Used

  • Referral Codes Used

  • Loyalty Points Claims

  • Reviews

Shift Report

Shift Report lists your shifts. Filter by shift staff. Each row shows the shift start, shift end, who generated the report, the shift staff and when it was created.

To create a shift report, select New Shift Report.
