Sharing Job Links with Customers

Job Tracking Link:

Managers and Operators can share:

- Click "Share" or copy link button on job

- Link format: app.cleandrive.io/[org]/customer?jobId=[id]

- No login required

How to Share:

1. Open job details

2. Click "Copy Link" button

3. Share via:

- SMS text message

- WhatsApp

- Email

- QR code (scan to access)

Customer Experience:

- Customer clicks link

- No login required

- Views real-time job status

- Sees estimated completion

- Can submit review when ready

Link Security:

- Unique per job

- Time-limited access (can be disabled after job complete)

- No customer data exposed

- Safe to share publicly

Review Requests

Automatic Review Request:

When job picked up:

- SMS sent with review link

- Message: "Rate our service here: [link]"

- Customer can rate 1-5 stars

- Provide feedback

- Flag issues if needed

Manual Review Request:

1. From job details, click "Request Review"

2. SMS resent to customer

3. Or share link manually

Review Process:

- Customer clicks link

- Selects star rating

- If rating < 3: Ask about problem

- If rating β‰₯ 3: Ask what went well

- Option to file complaint

- Submit and done

Reviews Visible To:

- Managers in Reviews section

- Used for service quality tracking

- Feedback stored for improvements
