Job Status Notifications:
When job status changes:
- Job Ready for Pickup: Customer notified
* Message: "[Customer], your [vehicle] is ready for pickup!"
* Includes: Pickup time window, location, contact info
- Job Picked Up: Customer notified with review request
* Message: "Thanks for choosing us! Please rate our service: [review link]"
* Includes: Direct link to leave review
Notification Settings:
- Configure in Settings → SMS
- Enable/disable SMS notifications
- Set SMS budget/limits
- View SMS usage statistics
Phone Number Requirements:
- Must be valid mobile number
- Local format: 071-234-5678 or 0712345678
- International format: +94712345678
- System auto-formats numbers
SMS Configuration
Accessing SMS Settings:
1. Go to Settings
2. Scroll to "SMS Configuration"
3. Options:
- Enable SMS: Toggle on/off
- SMS Limit: Monthly SMS limit
- Usage Tracking: View current usage
- Refund Notifications: Notify customer of refunds
SMS Usage:
- Track SMS count
- Monitor against monthly limit
- Alert when nearing limit
- Reset date shown

- Cost per SMS varies by subscription
Troubleshooting:
- If SMS not received: Check phone format
- Verify SMS enabled in settings
- Check monthly SMS limit not exceeded
