Login Issues

Can't Login - Forgot PIN:

1. Contact your manager

2. Provide name and email

3. Manager resets PIN from staff settings

4. Receive new temporary PIN

5. Change on next login

Browser Issues:

1. Clear browser cache

2. Try different browser

3. Disable browser extensions

4. Check internet connection

5. Try incognito/private mode

Account Locked:

1. Multiple wrong PIN attempts lock account

2. Wait 15 minutes, try again

3. Or contact manager to unlock

4. Manager can reset PIN if needed

Job Creation Issues

Customer Not Found:

1. Search by phone number

2. Phone number must be exact

3. Or create new customer

4. Try searching by first name

Vehicle Selection Error:

1. Verify vehicle exists for customer

2. Add new vehicle if needed

3. Clear browser cache

4. Refresh page

Service Not Available:

1. Check if service is enabled

2. Verify branch has service

3. Contact manager to add service

4. Some services may be branch-specific

Payment Processing Issues

Payment Declined:

1. Verify amount is correct

2. Check amount doesn't exceed due

3. For card: Verify last 5 digits

4. Try again with different card

5. Contact payment provider if persists

Amount Not Saving:

1. Check amount format (numbers only)

2. Verify decimal point usage

3. Check amount is less than total due

4. Clear browser cache

5. Try different browser

Receipt Not Printing:

1. Check printer is connected

2. Check printer has paper

3. Try print to PDF instead

4. Verify pop-ups not blocked

5. Check browser print settings

SMS Not Sending

SMS Didn't Arrive:

1. Verify phone number format

- Should start with 0 or +94

- Example: 0712345678 or +94712345678

- Check for spaces or special characters

2. Check SMS enabled in settings

- Settings β†’ SMS Configuration

- Verify SMS toggle is ON

3. Check SMS quota

- Monthly limit not exceeded

- Check usage in SMS settings

- Contact admin to increase limit

4. Verify customer phone

- Must be valid mobile number

- Not landline

- Active and receiving SMS

5. Recheck logs

- Settings β†’ SMS Logs

- See if SMS was sent

- Check delivery status

Data Not Loading

Dashboard Not Loading:

1. Refresh browser (F5)

2. Check internet connection

3. Check if site accessible

4. Clear browser cache

5. Try different browser

6. Contact support if persists

Jobs Not Showing:

1. Check job filter

2. Verify date range

3. Refresh page

4. Check user role has access

5. Verify branch assignment

Payments Not Updating:

1. Refresh page

2. Check network connection

3. Verify payment was submitted

4. Try again

5. Check transaction logs
