Adding a New Customer

Method 1: From Customers View

1. Click "Add Customer" button

2. Enter customer information:

- Full name

- Phone number

- Email (optional)

3. Click "Create Customer"

Method 2: While Creating Job

1. During job creation, if customer not found

2. Click "Add New Customer"

3. Fill in customer details

4. Customer created and job assigned

Customer Information Required:

- Full Name (required)

- Phone Number (required for SMS)

- Email (optional, for bills)

After Creation:

- Customer profile created

- Can add vehicles

- Can view job history

Editing Customer Information

To Edit Customer:

1. Go to Customers view

2. Find customer (search by name/phone)

3. Click customer name to open profile

4. Click "Edit" button

5. Modify fields:

- Name

- Phone

- Email

6. Click "Save"

Customer Profile Includes:

- Basic information

- All registered vehicles

- Complete job history with dates, services, and payments

- Payment status for each job

Managing Customer Vehicles

Add Vehicle to Customer:

1. Open customer profile

2. In "Vehicles" section, click "Add Vehicle"

3. Enter vehicle details:

- License plate

- Make (brand)

- Model

- Color

4. Click "Save"

Edit Vehicle:

1. Open customer profile

2. Hover over vehicle in list

3. Click edit icon

4. Modify details

5. Click "Save"

Delete Vehicle:

1. Open customer profile

2. Hover over vehicle in list

3. Click edit icon

4. Click "Delete Vehicle"

5. Confirm deletion

Note: Vehicle history is preserved in job records
