Opportunities can still be configured with multiple locations, but you can now select one or more of those locations for each individual rotation and run reports on this information. Reports will only include the locations selected for that rotation, not all locations tied to the opportunity.

Students, Faculty and Preceptors Report:

Note: You can also select rotation locations after the rotation is scheduled under the schedule section inside the rotation.

When setting up your profile, you can now choose whether some profile information is public or hidden.

Two additional options have been added to the export feature on the Opportunities Page:

  • Student Schedules: Run a report on the students coming to your site. This report includes which students are coming, when they are coming and where.

  • Student Schedules Summary: Run a report on availability windows, including information on how many students are on each shift across all opportunities.

When configuring an Opportunity Usage Report report, you can now include or exclude students without a detailed schedule at the top of the page. Check the box, "include implicit availability" to view students without a detailed schedule.
