Account Creation and Settings Management On Clinician Nexus

Create a Username and Password

Sign up for Clinician Nexus using the login page, here. Your full name, organizational email, and password are required information to join. Based on your organization's settings, there may be password requirements, or two-factor authentication for staff to set up.


Confirm Your Organizational Email Address:

After signing up, you will automatically be sent an email to confirm your email address. Open the email and click on the hyperlinked text to confirm your email address.

Select Your Role:

Return to Clinician Nexus and select your role.


Select Your Organization:

Search for the organization you work for, so an existing staff member can confirm your role. Once an existing staff member confirms your role, you'll have access to the organization's student and rotation data. If the organization is not in the system, you will need to request to add your organization.


Notification Settings

Clinician Nexus has a wide range of customizable notification settings. You can personalize what types of events, or interactions you'd like to be notified about in your account and choose how you'd like to be notified: via email notification, alert notification when logged into Clinician Nexus, or both.

To edit notifications, review the instructions below:

  • Click the Account icon (profile picture) on the left navigation menu

  • From the sub-menu, click Notification Settings

  • Review the notification settings and select/deselect what information you'd like to be notified about, and how.

  • Once you've made changes, scroll to the top or bottom of the screen and click Save settings.
