To verify your phone number in Clubworx, please follow the steps below:
Log in to your Clubworx account.
Click on your business name located in the top-right corner of the page.
From the dropdown menu, select My Profile.
In the Phone Number field:
Ensure your mobile number includes the appropriate country code (e.g., 61 for Australia).
If it doesn't, update the number to include the country code and click Save to apply the changes.
Click Verify Now button under Phone field.
Click on Send verification code to send the nominated phone number a verification code.
A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your mobile number.
Enter the received code into the provided fields. This code is valid for 10 minutes.
If the code has expired, click on Re-send code button to send a new code to your phone number.
Click on Confirm code.
Once verified, a notification will appear in the top-right corner of the page confirming that the verification process has been completed.
A 'Verified number' status will now appear under the phone number field.
How to Change a Verified Phone Number
Click on the hyperlinked change which appears above phone number field.
Enter your Clubworx account password and your new phone number and click on Verify.
Enter the six-digit code sent to your new phone number, as outlined in the earlier steps.
Click Confirm Code.
This will verify and update your old phone number to the new phone number.
How to Remove Phone Number from Your Profile
Click on hyperlinked remove which appears above phone number field.
Click Remove phone number to remove your phone number.
Phone number remove successfully notification will appear in the top-right corner of the page confirming that the phone number has been removed.
