The Dashboard is your business’s command center in Clubworx. It gives you a high-level overview of key metrics like member activity, revenue, attendance, and more—right when you log in.
Available to account owners and authorized users, the Dashboard is divided into several sections, each designed to help you monitor and manage your business efficiently.
In this article, we'll cover:
Contact Activity
Track engagement across your member lifecycle:
Prospects: Shows the total number of prospects and how many were added this month.
Active Members: Includes all current Active and Suspended members. New members are counted from the day they are first activated.
Cancelled Members: Displays members whose memberships have expired or are scheduled for cancellation this month.
Payment Summary
Stay on top of your cash flow with a quick glance at:
Future Revenue: Estimated income based on future-dated payments.
Paid Payments: Recently completed payments, either automatically or manually marked as paid.
Failed Payments: Payments that have failed and are still marked as ‘Failed’. These disappear once retried or manually updated.
Membership Overview
Understand your current member distribution:
Grouped by Active, Suspended, Cancelled, Trialling, or Active Cancelling.
Active Cancelling refers to members who are still active but have a scheduled cancellation.

Lists all scheduled events for the day.

Revenue tab
Net Revenue
Visualize your income over time:
Displays net revenue from memberships and Point of Sale (POS) purchases.
Shows percentage change over the last 30 days.
Includes a forecast for the current month.
Click Show more to view:
Revenue breakdown by 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.
Revenue sources: Autopayments, POS, Cash, and Other (e.g., bank transfer).
A detailed Net Revenue Table showing due dates, member names, and payment types.
Monthly Recurring Revenue
Track your recurring income:
Shows total recurring revenue from active memberships.
Includes a 12-month graph and month-over-month percentage change.
Click Show more to access:
Recurring revenue breakdown by time period.
Revenue grouped by Membership Name or Category.
A detailed list of members with recurring payments and their statuses.
Annual Run Rate
Forecast your yearly revenue:
Estimates annual income based on recent recurring revenue.
Graph view with filters for 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
Attendance tab
Monitor member check-ins:
Right Now: Members currently checked in via kiosk.
Today: Total check-ins so far today.
Last 30 Days: Members who booked but didn’t attend.
