Prospect Statuses allow you to track your Sales Process to see where your Prospect is at in their onboarding journey. These statuses can also be used to trigger a sequence to automate communications.
You can view and select Prospect Statuses by going to People > Prospects. Use the drop down fields in the centre of the screen to change the Prospect Status as your Prospect moves through your sales and onboarding process.
To customise your Prospect Statuses, go to Admin> Customize Contacts.
2. Select the option for Prospects and then select to edit the Contact Information using the pencil icon.
3. Scroll down until your see the Prospect Status section.
4. Click on the button that says 'Add another dropdown option' to create a blank field. Then type in the name of the Prospect Status you'd like to create. You can also remove Prospect Statuses by clicking the garbage can icon to the right hand side.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and use the green button to Save and Close.
