How to Automatically enable the Member App for New Members

A simple way to automatically enable the Clubworx or White label Member App for your new members using Sequences

  1. Go to Sequences from the left hand side menu and then click the orange button at the top right hand side of the screen to add a new Sequence.

2. Select the Sequence trigger as 'Member First Activated' and then give your Sequence a Title and Category (optional).

3. In the Sequence payload section on the left hand side, scroll across until you see Mobile app. Click and drag the option for 'Enable Mobile App Access' across into the grey box on the right hand side.

4. Select how many days after the member is first activated that you'd like to enable the member app access for them. Then add conditions and filters if necessary.

5. Add the Mobile App Invitation Email or SMS as the second step for your sequence and select how long after the member app is enabled you would like it to send.
