How to update a payment schedule for an existing member

Follow the below instructions for when your member wants to change the day of their recurring payment.

1. Go to the Member's Profile and click on the Payments tab on the right hand side:

2. Click on the menu symbol to the right hand side of the next payment that has the status 'Upcoming'. Then select the option to Bulk Reschedule from this date from the drop down menu.

3. Select the new date that you'd like to bulk reschedule the dates from. Then look at the list of dates that appear to confirm you are happy with the new schedule.

4. Use the green button to Reschedule the future payments, then confirm.
