Processing Refunds with Clubworx and Ezidebit

If you have your Ezidebit account integrated with Clubworx it is now possible to action a refund direct from your Clubworx account.

Things to know before you begin....

  • Processing a refund will incur a transaction fee charged by Ezidebit.

  • Processing a refund through Clubworx and Ezidebit requires that you have enough funds in your Ezidebit account to cover the refunded amount and transaction fee.

  • If you don't have enough funds in your Ezidebit account to cover the refund amount, please contact Ezidebit support to discuss further.

  • This feature has not yet been turned on for all Clubworx accounts. If you can not see these settings, but would like to use this feature please reach out the Clubworx Team via support@clubworx.com to ask that it be turned on for you.

To Process a refund with Clubworx and Ezidebit

Go to the Payment tab of the Member's profile.

Find the payment that you want to refund on the payments list. Click the three dots to the right hand side of the payment and select Refund.

Enter the amount that you would like to refund and the reason for the refund.
Then click on Process Refund.

The amount will be refunded back to the payment details that the member has in their wallet. This can take between 2-10 business days.
