[Australia/New Zealand] Your members can retry failed payments via the member app with Ezidebit!

Australian or New Zealand businesses that use Ezidebit can now have members retry their failed payments in the Clubworx Member App

If your member would like to retry their payment, this can now be done on the Clubworx app!

1. First, they will click on their profile photo (or initial of their first name):

2. Then click "Payments":

3. Then find the failed payment and click on the retry arrow:

4. Then the member will be asked if they would like to use the card on file (if they have one) or enter new card details and click Retry. Please note: Only card can be used, bank accounts cannot be used for real time transactions:

5. Once they receive the success screen, the payment has been taken and this will show on their app as well as in your Clubworx account payment reports:
