In general, this is the contact type you will use the most. A member profile indicates that this contact attends or has attended your gym.

There are two kinds of members:
      • An active member is a member who holds an active membership.
      • A cancelled member is a member who does not hold an active membership, but           may have held one previously.

Prospect:
A prospect could be someone who has signed up to a mailing list, or who has expressed interest in attending your gym - but has never had a membership.

Non-attending Contact:
A non-attending contact could be a parent or guardian of an attending member.

You can also go to a profile of a member and select "Convert to NAC" to turn a member into a non-attending contact in the case where this person no longer needs to be booked into events.

For example: someone who you need to book into the location as a guest of a member attending an extracurricular event for health and safety - IE: The friend of a member who is attending a seminar or movie night in your gym.
