Enterprise Plan

The Enterprise Plan is designed for coaches who manage a large number of clients and need predictable pricing with fair, usage-based scaling.

Updated this week

This article explains when you’re placed on Enterprise, how pricing works, and how billing is calculated each month.

What is the Enterprise Plan?

The Enterprise Plan is for coaches that exceed 150 active clients in CoachRx.

  • Enterprise begins at 151 clients

  • A manual upgrade in your billing section of CoachRx will be required to move from Scale to Enterprise

  • The only exception is if you are selling products through the Storefront with client account creation turned on, in this instance billing adjusts automatically based on your client count.

    • Note: CoachRx does not auto-downgrade pricing tiers

Enterprise Pricing Overview

Enterprise pricing has two parts:

1. Flat Rate (Base Subscription)-

This is the cost to be on the Enterprise plan.

  • $249/month billed monthly
    or

  • $2,539.80/year billed annually (discounted vs monthly)

This flat rate gives you full access to the CoachRx platform.

2. Per Client Monthly Rate (Usage-Based)

For clients over 150, you are charged:

  • $1.25 per client

  • This charge is always billed monthly

  • It applies only to clients above the first 150

Example: If you have 160 clients, you are charged for 10 extra clients at $1.25 each.

How Billing Works

Monthly Subscriptions

At the start of each billing period, you are charged for:

  • The flat Enterprise rate for the upcoming month

  • The per-client rate based on the maximum number of clients you had in the previous billing period

This means:

  • Your first invoice after trial includes only the flat rate

  • Your final invoice after cancellation includes the per-client charge from your last active period

Annual Subscriptions

If you pay annually:

  • Once per year you are charged:

  • The annual flat rate

  • The per-client charge from the previous period

  • Each month, you are charged only the per-client rate

How Per-Client Charges Are Calculated

  • The per-client charge is based on the maximum client count during the last billing period

  • It is considered usage-based billing

  • Usage-based charges are not prorated

This follows Stripe’s standard billing rules for metered usage.

Viewing Which Clients Were Charged

On the Plan & Billing page located inside of the organization owner’s Coaches account, Enterprise accounts will see:

  • View receipt

  • View charged clients

Clicking “View charged clients” downloads a CSV showing exactly which clients were counted in the per-client charge for that billing period.

This is available directly in your Billing History in CoachRx.

FAQs

Q: When do I move to the Enterprise plan?

You have to manually select the Enterprise plan when exceeding 150 clients unless you exceed through the Storefront, in this case your account will automatically be moved to Enterprise when you exceed 150 active clients.

Q: Is the per-client rate prorated if I downgrade?

No. The per-client charge is usage-based and not prorated. If the flat rate is reduced due to a downgrade, that portion is prorated.CoachRx does not auto-downgrade accounts.

Q: Are inactive or archived clients counted?

Only the max number of active clients during the billing period are counted.

Q: Why am I charged for last month’s clients?

Because per-client billing is usage-based, charges are calculated after the billing period ends, using the highest client count from that period.

Q: Can I see exactly who I was charged for?

Yes. Use the View charged clients link in Billing History to download a CSV.

Q: Is Enterprise required?

Only if you exceed 150 clients. Below that threshold, you remain on standard plans. CoachRx does not auto-downgrade accounts.
