Having trouble uploading videos in the CoachRx app? Here are some common solutions:
Check Your File Size
Large video files may fail to upload. Try keeping videos under 2 minutes to reduce file size. If your video is too large, try recording at a lower resolution or trimming the clip before uploading.
Check Your Internet Connection
Video uploads require a stable internet connection. Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi or have a strong cellular signal. If your connection drops during upload, the video may fail to send.
Update Your App
Make sure you are running the latest version of the CoachRx app. Outdated versions may have bugs that prevent video uploads from working properly. Check your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) for updates.
Restart the App
If a video upload gets stuck or fails, try closing the CoachRx app completely and reopening it. Then attempt the upload again.
Check App Permissions
Make sure CoachRx has permission to access your camera and photo library. You can check this in your phone's Settings under the CoachRx app permissions.
Samsung Users
If you are using a Samsung device and the app crashes when uploading videos, please see our article on CoachRx App Crashing When Uploading Videos on Samsung Devices for a specific fix.
