The CoachRx referral program is available to all CoachRx users. Share your unique referral link, and when a coach you refer becomes a paying subscriber, you earn $50 cash. The referred coach also gets 30 days of CoachRx free.
You can access your referral link and track your referrals from the main menu in CoachRx: Settings > Referral Program.
How It Works
Share your link. Log into CoachRx, go to Settings > Referral Program, and copy your unique referral link. Share it with coaches who would benefit from CoachRx.
They get 30 days free. When a coach clicks your link and signs up, they get a full 30 days of CoachRx at no cost. They'll have access to the full platform, including free transition assistance, coach success support, and coaching education resources.
You earn $50. When the referred coach makes their first payment after the free period, you earn a $50 cash commission. It's that simple.

Payout amount: $50 per converted referral (flat rate, all subscription tiers)
When it triggers: After the referred coach's first successful payment
Payout method: PayPal
Payout schedule: Commissions are batched and processed monthly
Eligibility: The referred coach must be a new CoachRx subscriber (no prior subscriptions)

Your unique referral link (with a copy button)
Total referral link visits
Number of leads and conversions
Commission history with payout status
A list of past referrals and the payout associated with each

How do I access my referral link?
Log into CoachRx and go to Settings > Referral Program. Your unique link is displayed at the top of the page with a copy button.
I had an old referral link. Does it still work?
No. Old referral links have been disabled. You need to log into CoachRx and grab your new link from Settings > Referral Program. If you had your old link saved on your website, social media, or anywhere else, update it as soon as possible.
How much do I earn per referral?
$50 cash per referral, regardless of which CoachRx subscription tier the referred coach signs up for.
What does the referred coach get?
30 days of CoachRx free. They'll have full access to the platform during that time, plus free transition assistance and support from the CoachRx coach success team.
When do I get paid?
Your commission is created once the referred coach makes their first payment after their 30-day free period. Payouts are batched and processed monthly via PayPal.
What if the referred coach cancels during the free period?
If the referred coach cancels before making their first payment, no commission is earned. The commission only triggers on a successful payment.
Why does my commission show as "pending"?
Your referred coach may still be in their 30-day free period, or their first payment hasn't processed yet. Once they make their first payment, your commission will move forward and be included in the next monthly payout batch.
Can I earn referral commissions if I'm on a free trial or no longer a subscriber?
Yes. The referral program is available to all CoachRx users, not just active subscribers.
Who is eligible to be referred?
Only new CoachRx subscribers. If someone has had a CoachRx subscription before (even if they canceled), they are not eligible for the referral program.
