Before you start
You will need an artist profile set up in Cobrand with Drops. For instructions with this, please see Introduction to Drops and Create an Artist Profile.
You will need to make sure you have set up a Bandsintown link on the Drop profile. You can do this by navigating to the Drop Profile, clicking the Gear icon in the top right, and scrolling down in Profile Details to add a Bandsintown link. Make sure your link is in the format https://www.bandsintown.com/a/ARTIST_ID_NUMBER-artist-name or https://www.bandsintown.com/a/ARTIST_ID_NUMBER.
Setting up Bandsintown links
Go to the Artist Drop page. You can do this by clicking Drops on the left side toolbar.
Verify you are in the correct artist profile. You can click Swap Profile to change the artist profile you are currently viewing.
Click + New Drop in the top right corner
Select the Pre-Sale & Multi-Links template under Basic Details -> Drop Templates
Add regular details like Drop Title, Description. You will also need to add a URL Name below later on.
Under Embedded Links, you will see two options: +Add a Link and Use Bandsintown Events. Click Use Bandsintown Events to populate the Drop with Bandsintown Events.
You will now see the events in the Drop Preview to the right, and displayed below. You can remove events or rename them as you would like. These events link directly to Bandsintown where fans can purchase tickets, follow the artist, and request tour stops.
If you do not see the Use Bandsintown Events option you may need to reach out to Cobrand for assistance via the Intercom chat window.
