Active Users

Active users are individuals whose assessment results contribute to the organization's overall competency metrics.

They regularly complete assessments, and their data is included in the aggregated insights shared with clients or stakeholders.

These users require a license, which is not permanently tied to the individual and can be reassigned as needed.

Archived Users

Archived users are individuals who are not currently contributing to the organization's competency metrics.

Their assessment data remains in the system, and they can access the platform for personal development, but their results are not included in shared organizational insights until they are reactivated.

Archived users do not require a license, making this a cost-effective way to manage seasonal or temporarily inactive personnel.
