Introduction
This feature makes it easy to extract app data from Cogniss Insights on your own without having to rely on the Cogniss team. It will save you time and give you immediate access to your User's Insights.
Who can access Cogniss Insights and the Data extract menu?
Cogniss Insights is an open product to everyone. If your app users have the Insights URL, then they can access Cogniss Insights but are only able to view their own activity history. However, users who hold a platform or app administrator role can view all of the app user data.
The Data Extract menu is only available/visible for platform and app admin roles. Your users can’t see the menu and aren't able to download your app's data.
