1. The “Import from Google Drive” button doesn’t work

  • Refresh your browser and try again.

  • Make sure pop-ups are enabled for CoGrader. Google’s authentication flow opens in a new window.

2. You’re stuck at “Continue with Google”

  • Double-check you’re logged into the correct Google account.

  • If you're using multiple accounts, try logging out of the others or using an Incognito window.

3. Can’t find your assignment folder in Google Drive

  • Navigate to Google Drive first to verify the folder exists and contains valid student files (PDF, JPG/PNG, or HTML).

  • Make sure files are in the supported formats.

4. Some files didn’t upload

  • Check if the file type is supported. CoGrader only supports:

    • .pdf

    • .jpg / .jpeg / .png

    • .html

  • If a file won’t upload, try downloading it locally and re-uploading it manually.

5. The page freezes or won’t proceed to grading

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then reload the page.

  • Chrome works best with CoGrader. Try switching browsers if issues persist.
