Intro
This document provides a comprehensive guide on how to successfully import rubrics using CoGrader.
2 key steps to import rubrics:
🖥️ Rubric format: Ensure the rubric is compatible with CoGrader.
✏️ Manual import: Upload the file manually.
Google Drive import: Upload the file to your Google Drive.
Now, let’s dive in.
🖥️ 1. Rubric format
CoGrader is currently optimized for importing single rubrics that meet the following criteria:
Maximum of 8,000 words
File size under 20mb
You can attempt to import files that exceed the word or size limits, but the likelihood of a failed import increases significantly.
Future updates will support additional formats, including:
Scoring Guidelines
Exemplar papers/grades
Rubrics with more than 10 grading criteria
Spreadsheets / Excel documents
Note: These formats are not currently supported.
Rubric Import Checklist:
To achieve the best grading results, ensure your document follows these guidelines:
The document should contain only a SINGLE rubric.
Keep the document size below 8,000 words and 20 MB.
Avoid including multiple rubrics or other content types in the same document.
