If you need to adjust a rubric you’ve already created, CoGrader makes it easy to update and save your changes. Follow these steps:

Open My Rubrics

  • From your dashboard, click the menu icon (three horizontal lines in the bottom-left corner).

  • Select My Rubrics from the menu.

Select the Rubric

  • From your rubric list, find the rubric you want to edit.

Click the three dots next to it and choose Edit, or click directly into the rubric name.

Make Your Edits

  • Update the rubric name if needed.

  • Edit or add criteria, levels, descriptions, and point values.

  • Switch between Fixed levels (same scale for all criteria) or Variable levels (each criterion can have its own scale).

Save Your Changes

  • When you’re done, click Save rubric at the top right.

Your updated rubric will now be available in your library for grading or sharing.
