Requirements for Upgrading
To request an upgrade to Tier 5, your account must already be Tier 4 verified.
Because this tier unlocks substantial movement of capital, Australian regulatory standards require an additional level of review. Specifically, approval from a Coinstash Director is required to finalize the upgrade.
Step-by-Step Upgrade Process
Open Your Account Settings:
Desktop: Click your Profile Image (top right) > My Account > Edit.
Mobile App: Tap your Profile Image (top right) > My Account > Edit.
Request Tier 5: Locate the Tier 5 upgrade option and click the Upgrade button.
Initiate Chat: A support chat window will appear with a pre-filled message. Click the Send button.
Director Review: Our Brisbane-based support team will escalate your request directly to our leadership team.
Finalization: Once a Coinstash Director reviews and approves the request, our onboarding team will update your account. We aim to complete this high-level review within two business days.
