Tier 4 Benefits
Daily AUD Limits: Increases your daily deposit and withdrawal limit to $1,000,000.
Daily Crypto Limits: Increases your daily crypto withdrawal limit to $1,000,000.
Unlimited Crypto Deposits: As with all tiers, there is no limit on bringing crypto into your account.
Requirements for Upgrading
To be eligible for Tier 4, you must first have a Tier 3 verified account (which includes a completed Proof of Address).
For Tier 4, Australian regulations require us to collect a Source of Funds/Wealth Declaration. This is a standard part of our Trust and Compliance framework to ensure the security of high-value movements on the platform.
Step-by-Step Upgrade Process
Access Your Settings:
Desktop: Click your Profile Name (top right) > Settings.
Mobile App: Tap your Profile Image (top right) > My Account > Edit.
Request the Upgrade: Look for the "Unlock Tier 4" panel and click the Upgrade button.
Chat with Support: A support window will pop up with a pre-filled request. Click the Send (Up Arrow) icon.
Complete the Declaration: Our Brisbane-based team will reply with a secure link to the Source of Funds/Wealth Declaration form. Fill this out with the required details regarding the origin of your investment capital.
Review: Once submitted, our onboarding team will review your declaration. We aim to process these upgrades within two business days.
What is a "Source of Wealth" Declaration?
This simply confirms the economic activities that generated your overall net worth (e.g., salary, inheritance, investment gains, or business profits). It helps us maintain a safe and compliant environment for all our users.
