For redundancy and protection against a server failure, your data is securely replicated in real-time. In addition to this, your data is backed up continuously and also stored securely.

We protect your payment information
All credit card information and transactions are processed securely on a PCI compliant network. CreditorWatch Collect does not store your credit card information, only the authorisation to make a transaction.
