Resending an invitation email in Collective OS is sometimes necessary when the original email is not received, lost, or deleted. This guide provides a step-by-step process for Admins to ensure users can promptly access and benefit from Collective OS without delays.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Navigate to User Management
Select the Users button from the side menu bar.
The User Management module allows you to oversee all user-related information and profiles within your organization.
Step 2: Click on Action Button (Three Dots Button)
Click on the three dots action button for the user who you want to send the invitation email
Action button displays 'Resend Invitation' button.
Step 3: Resend Invitation
Click Resend Invitation Email button, it will hop up the confirmation modal
Confirm the action when prompted to initiate the email resend.
Key Points
Immediate Action: The invitation email is resent immediately. Inform the user to check their inbox and spam/junk mail folders.
Verification: Verify the email address for typos or errors before resending.
