Your Leads Table is where all leads you’ve sent to partners live. Track statuses, filter results, and contact leads in just a click.

Navigating the Leads Table

The Leads Table is your hub for every lead sent through a lead promotion (not conversion promotions).

It helps you keep tabs on what’s happening with your leads—without needing to chase down updates.


What you’ll see:

  • Total Leads: A quick count of all the leads you’ve submitted.

  • Name, Email, Phone: Core details about the lead.

  • Agent: Who submitted the lead.

    • If it shows your name, you submitted it.

    • If it shows your partner’s name, the lead came from their client-facing form (like a realtor linking their Preferred Partner Program on their website).

    • Check out your preferred partner program by navigating to your profile settings ➡️ Open Network Page

  • Submission Date: When the lead was submitted.

  • Status: Dynamically updates as your partner works the lead (Pending, Contacted, Scheduled, Won, etc.). This real-time view keeps you in sync and shows you progress at a glance.

  • Contact Icons: Email, phone, and chat shortcuts—tap an icon to instantly follow up with the lead.


How to Sort + Filter

  • Search by Name: Quickly locate a specific lead.

  • Filter by Date Range: View only the leads submitted within a chosen window.

The Leads Table makes it simple to monitor the health of your partnerships. With live status updates and one-click outreach, you’ll always know where leads stand and can step in when needed.
